Lisa is an excellent agent. She went above and beyond to get me the help I needed to prepare the house to be listed. Everything we asked her to do she immediately either did or found out where it could be done. She responded almost immediately every time. When we would talk on the phone she was always very nice. We were out of state for most of the listing and cant imagine any other agent being as patient, helpful and extremely nice. She gave us excellent advice during the negotiating process. If we were buying or selling again we would definitely have Lisa represent us.

Lisa did an excellent job! She was right on with pricing and expert advice. Buyer found via reverse prospecting that Lisa did when no one was biting. She ran interference for me with contractors and when it was time to empty the house of remaining furniture, Lisa posted the items and did networking until most of it was gone. This reduced my cost to have any remaining items removed from the house.
