Buying our first home was not exactly easy. Coming from Oregon and Arizona, my wife and I had one priority: land. We?ve always loved the Atlanta area, but finding the right property in a tough market, at a price that was comfortable was not simple. More than anything, I wanted to make my wife and her six Pomeranians happy. Charm, Josh, and Ira from the Miskin team were incredible. They guided us through every step, helped us find the perfect home, ensured it was thoroughly inspected, and made sure we were protected throughout the process. Their dedication and constant communication gave us peace of mind and made a challenging experience manageable. I love my wife deeply and wanted to make sure she was able to get back to the nature she loved. I?m grateful to the Miskin Team for helping us build the homestead we?ve dreamed of and getting money back at the closing was a definite bonus.

I am so disgusted with Antionette Fields from Your home sold guaranteed realty and her broker Ari Miskrat , I would not recommend her or her services to buy or sell a home. From the time I signed an agreement with her it had been misinformation and misrepresentation over and over again. Everything we stated we didn?t want , she did, she was not aggressive , she did not work for my benefit, she did not read important documents which ultimately lead me to have to come out of pocket 3 days before my closing almost $11k. She is sloppy and unprofessional! She would send over documents without reviewing them and then I would have to call and inquire and she would have to then go back and review information and it ended up being more confusion. She put brought deals to me that were discussed we didn?t want from the beginning ,when I say one of the worst realtors and experiences I?ve ever had in my life. She represented me as the sellers agent, the buyers offered me 260k with $10k to bring to the table she misread it and left me the seller to pay 10k 3 days before my closing date and stated that?s the way she has always written and interpreted her contracts when it?s clearly stated the seller was to pay not the buyer and had to the nerve to get an attitude because she was in the wrong and didn?t read and notify me the seller appropriately. She also had the nerve to tell me that due to how long my house was on the market (77 days at the time ) this was basically on the house because she allegedly wasn?t going to make any money when she didn?t do anything ! Terrible and unprofessional!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have no complaints josh was amazing throughout the whole process. Very attentive and super responsive to all of my needs and questions. I greatly appreciate you and your honesty and for explaining the whole process. I definitely had no idea what I was walking into but it was definitely an informative journey.
