Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty Services

Susan did a great job of owning the listing and making sure there was communication on a daily and weekly basis. She helped find the buyer, and helped ensure the residence was in good shape to sell. She was also very easy to speak with, and accommodating. She did a fantastic job.

Susan did a fantastic job for us. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure working with her at every step of way in selling the home. I highly recommend contacting Susan when looking for a realtor.

Susan & John have been great realtors helping us find our home. I highly recommend this team! They were extremely patient in our search. Communication was fabulous. We are so happy we chose to work with Susan & John.

We worked with Susan McCoy and Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty to sell my Aunts house. Were from out of state and Susans years of experience was a major consideration in choosing her. She had knowledge of the market, the area and asking price which all lead to the house selling in just a few days. Great communication, friendly, extremely helpful and professional. Helped us through every step of the process. What more can you ask for! You wont be disappointed.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Susan. She made the whole process effortless from the initial meeting to the closing. She immediately had clients lined up to see the house and even kept showing the house after we received an offer. In her words, the house isn't sold until we get to the closing. We were able to get well above our asking price. All through the process Susan communicated exactly what was happening. In the real estate world Susan is a real gem. I whole heartedly recommend her services.
