The Best Real-Estate Decision I Made To Date! I had two other well known real estate companies come and give me their estimates of the value and cost for them to list this property. Not only were both of their estimates of value for this property were $50k less, plus their commissions had been one to two percent higher. My gut feeling was to try one more real estate company.
