What I appreciate most about Connie in this overall transition is her patience, communication and negotiation skills. Patience because it took as 6-7 months to finally decide the home that we would like to purchase. During this period we had to take breaks in the pursue of a house due to personal circumstances, but she was always ready to help us out and look for houses any time. Communication wise Connie is great. Whether via text, call or appointment she's always available and she quickly reaches back. once we decided what house to go after, her negotiations skills were great. During house inspections she made shore that what ever the listing agent decided to fix, it would have been fixed. We were also able to get our earnest money back, since the listing agent failed to fix some very minor issues that could have easily been fixed. In that case it resulted in a win for us. Now we are homeowners and merit goes to her and the financial team that helped us achieving so. Would I refer her to family and friends? Most definitely.

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few homes. As my family began get smaller, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a smaller home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Connie Garrett. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.Throughout the past several months, Connie has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.
