Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty Advisors LLC - The Hal Blake Team

MY experience with the Blakes was terrific. They were very helpful and responsive. They moved my home quickly and we're very attentive to detail. We were previously in a complicated situation and the Blakes pulled us through with professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend them.

Hal and his team worked diligently to get my apartment sold. He made the entire process for me and my family stress free. I highly recommend using Hal and his team with your next real estate transaction.

Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was completely responsive and available and worked hard throughout the entire process. I interviewed many realtors. All of them except for Jason insisted I put in a significant amount of work and money into a house I wanted to unload "as is". He was the only broker who listened to me and was willing to work with me on what I wanted to do with my parent's house. Jason was there every step of the way to guide me through the entire process from start to finish. He made it such an easy transaction. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house. I am someone who has high standards and is tough to impress. Jason impressed me so much, I offered to write a review for him and I never do that!

I highly recommend Hal and Jason. I had a wonderful experience as my transaction went super smooth. They are with you for every step of the transaction . Great follow through and they are both extremely honest and knowledgeable brokers.

Jason was excellent. From start to closing. They were available for any questions I had throughout the process and was very knowledgeable. From the pictures of my listing to showings of the home they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them
