What impressed me most about Michael happened after the sale had already closed. Several months after we moved in, we ran into an issue with our freezer and a home warranty claim. At that point, Michael had already been paid and had no obligation to help. Instead, he got involved, worked directly with the warranty company on our behalf, followed up, and helped push the issue toward resolution. He never tried to convince us to buy a particular house or spend more money. He listened, gave his honest opinion when asked, and then worked hard to execute the direction we gave him.
