Young Home Sales

Greg is a fantastic real estate agent. He responded quickly every time we reached out to him. He learned what we were looking for and found us a wonderful forever home. We highly recommend Greg whether you are buying or selling a home.

We had a fantastic experience working with Greg during our home-buying journey. He was incredibly helpful every step of the way aEUR" always responsive, flexible, and committed. He met us at several different locations, was open to exploring new listings with us, and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules. On more than one occasion, he made time to attend a showing twice so both my wife and I could see the property separately. That level of dedication meant a lot to us. Thanks to his support and patience, we found a home we love. Highly recommend!

Greg was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful and flexible with our schedules. He was also very upfront about the properties we were considering, sharing his thoughts on whether they would be a good match for our family of four, such as whether we should flip the house, the safety features, or the convenience of the location compared to the school we wanted. Having grown up in the area, he knows the neighborhood well and has friends who can vouch for what we were looking for. Hes very responsive and knowledgeable, making the whole home-buying process much smoother. He answered all our questions and walked us through all the paperwork. He also gave us excellent recommendations for home inspections, home improvements, and titleholder paperwork.

Greg made this sale so easy. This was a 2nd home so not close to where we live and it was so easy to have Greg help sell and do it so seamlessly. He was flexible and accommodating for my family and we are greatful.

Greg was amazing at helping me purchase my first home. He happily walked me through every step and answered any questions I had about the process. He was attentive as to what I was looking for and was able to find me a house in a great location that I am proud to call mine.
