You Have Realty

she is very profesional and she is very helpful.she knows the area very well and provide outstanding services

If you want a realtor that is willing to go the extra mile regardless of the financial reward, Vivian is your gal. I was blown away at her tenacity, guts, and speed in which she handled my situation.

Vivian is personable, knowledgeable, and strategic. She assisted in the short sale of two inestment properties and has recently presented us with a contact for the sale of our home. She also found us the new home that currently reside in. We appreciate her personalized service.

Vivian was critical to a successful short sale. Even though I had an attorney involved, Vivian managed the process, negotiated the settlement with the bank, and kept the buyer in contract through several extensions. She couldn't have done her job better!

the most important asset Vivian supplies is she is keenly aware that you are buying a home and this is not just another sale for her, but rather a personal goal for her to help you find exactly what will enhance your life with your new home.
