You Castle Real Estate

Ben made selling our house the easiest experience we have had in years. I've had worse times ordering take-out. He handled everything, is the best communicator I know with incredibly fast responses, and sold our house quickly, and at a price we were hoping for. I have already recommended him to other friends for buying and selling that have also had great experiences with him. He's also a super friendly guy that knows the market and will get to know you and what you want. He makes me want to buy and sell more houses just to work with him more.

Ive worked with Ben four times now to buy/sell homes and I keep coming back because Ben is reliable, honest, savvy, and responsive. He truly wants you to be happy with your home. Ben is responsive and knows so much about the Denver area. We had to get creative at times and Ben was always willing to make the extra ask or get creative so that we could get to closing and feel confident. Hes seen us from starter home to family home to our forever home. Theres no one else Id trust!

Ben is a gem. He made the entire shopping and buying process feel organized, smooth, and in control. He was patient, honest, and transparent as we searched. When it came time to put in an offer he communicated clearly and quickly and was a fierce and dedicated advocate for us all the way to the signing table. Thank you Ben!!

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful even after the closing to make sure everything when as it should! He took the time to find the right house that would fit all my needs. Walked me through the whole processes of buying while explaining what everything was and how it worked. Highly recommend him for any real estate endeavors!!

It is always a pleasure to work with Ben and his team. This time, Ben helped us sell the house during a time when I had little faith in the market. Our house's promo video was a creative hit that helped our little home hit the market running. Between Ben's guidance, wealth of knowledge, and endless connections, the sale ended up being low stress for us. I could not have asked for a better experience.
