YOLO County Realty

Best realtor ever! Kurt was so helping when we were selling our first home. He also helped us find and get out forever home!! He made the process easy and stress free!

Kurt worked with us for over 2 years while we searched for our perfect home. He always went out of his way to show us listings he thought we would be interested in the day they came up. In some cases we were the first to view many houses just hours after they were listed. Kurt went above and beyond to work with our schedule, meeting us at all hours of the morning/day/and night to show us homes or answer our endless questions as first time home buyers. We feel that his knowledge and expertise in this field put us at an advantage as buyers in a crazy competitive market. I would highly recommend Kurt to anyone looking for an expert in realty! We truly had a great experience the many months he stuck with us. Thank you Kurt!!

Kurt took care of me in a highly unique situation, as I was buying a house, getting a divorce, and needing to rent the home before I owned it. Despite being busy with his own personal family matters, Kurt was highly responsive and thought outside the box to get the job done. I introduced Kurt to a friend who was in need of a realtor and Kurt quickly resolved issues with solutions we hadn't yet thought of. I recommend Kurt to anyone, but especially if you have a tricky situation in buying or selling.

Not our realtor. He was the sellers. Never returned calls in a timely manner. Allowed seller to take included microwave and resulted in a mess trying to replace. Stopped all contact when the issue was unresolved. Our realtor stepped in and did his job for him. I would highly consider an alternative if you want to sell quickly, he doesn't respond to offers or inquiries efficiently.
