Nick helped my husband and I buy our first home last October and we were very happy with how smoothly everything went. We had a lot of questions and Nick was very knowledgable about the process. At our first meeting Nick walked us through the general process of buying a house from start to finish so we would have an idea of what would be coming, our timetable, etc. He connected us with their financing group which was incredibly helpful. We definitely felt like we could trust Nick, we never felt that he put any pressure on us and we also appreciated that he gave an honest assessment of the houses that we saw and clearly had our best interests in mind. When we put our offer in for our house, it was pretty competitive and Nick did some great research and helped us come up with an offer that would stand out, but not exceed the value of the house. Additionally, we are happy to be a part of the Yoder family, they treat their clients really well, holding fun events for past clients throughout the year. We highly recommend Yoder, and Nick in particular!
