She goes above and beyond, responding quickly to anything you might need from her in the home buying process. She was almost always one step ahead of me and had already reached out to listings on my behalf before I had even seen them which is super important in this competitive market. There are a hundred good things I could say about Leslie and the team at Yoder and I wish I could write them all down. Unfortunately. I think Zillow might have a word limit on reviews, so here are only a few.As a first time home buyer, she made sure I knew what the process looked like from the very beginning and made sure I always knew what the next step was going to be once we were under contract on my new home. She was patient with me, taking time to really understand what I was looking for in a home, even though I might have changed my mind a hundred different times as I toured different ones and got a better grasp of the market. Most importantly, Leslie was always straight forward and honest about her assessment of the houses we saw. I relied on heavily on her knowledge while touring homes and she quickly became my security blanket. She would walk me through and point out any red flags that she was seeing in the structural integrity of the homes even if I was looking at the place with rose colored glasses, proving that she isn't looking to make a quick sell, but is truly trying to find you the home that is a good value and will fit your needs. I truly enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone.

TheA Yoder Real Estate TeamA stood out as the best Michigan has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.We spoke with Dan and then met with him at their office. He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Dan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away.A His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had a lot of questions and Nick was very knowledgable about the process. At our first meeting Nick walked us through the general process of buying a house from start to finish so we would have an idea of what would be coming, our timetable, etc. He connected us with their financing group which was incredibly helpful. We definitely felt like we could trust Nick, we never felt that he put any pressure on us and we also appreciated that he gave an honest assessment of the houses that we saw and clearly had our best interests in mind. When we put our offer in for our house, it was pretty competitive and Nick did some great research and helped us come up with an offer that would stand out, but not exceed the value of the house. Additionally, we are happy to be a part of the Yoder family, they treat their clients really well, holding fun events for past clients throughout the year. I know it's an overheated market, but the advice they provided on preparing the house, the incredibly professional pictures that took and the drone video were impressive and created genuine interest. The team selling and marketing approach they use is also very impressive. ZillowVERIFIED We strongly discourage anyone from using Yoder Real Estate. Kevin is verbally abusive when you question him on anything. We were treated like children when we wanted an explanation on his process. Since your bounced from one person to the next each step of the way things get missed. Yoder uses videos sent in emails to communicate, they do not play. Kevin himself never comes to your house and is not involved in the selling process. If you want to talk to him directly he will complain that he talks to you more than other clients. The experience was so bad we never want to sell a house again!!
