Y Realty

I found her on TikTok, and she was amazing in my process of moving. She stayed in touch, answered all questions-- even ones not real estate related! I recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area! (:

I worked with Leanna while selling my home and she was great to work with from the start. She's communicative, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. Even through a transition period, she stayed in touch and made sure I was taken care of. I'd recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Tampa Bay!

Working with Leanna to sell my home was an amazing experience, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor! Her communication was exceptional, timely and clear. She handled every aspect of the sale, kept me informed, made great recommendations, ensured the buyer stayed on track with the contract, and was an excellent negotiator. She also has a great network of vendors who were responsive, efficient, and cost-effective, which made getting the property ready to sell so much easier. We were under contract in just 3 weeks! I had some emotions selling our family home, and Leanna was patient and understanding while always remaining completely professional. I trusted her judgment and always felt like she had my best interests in mind. What really sets Leanna apart is how genuine she is. I loved the personal touch she brought to the process (including her singing!). You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her clients. I would absolutely recommend Leanna to anyone buying or selling a home. She will be my first call for any future real estate needs!

Leanna is great and so thorough in the leasing process.
