Xcellence Realty

Diana helped us buy a home, sell it 4 years later, and purchase another home recently. Diana is extremely professional, responds quickly, is very helpful in home searches, and she is very knowledgeable in the entire real estate transaction process. As a seller's agent, Diana went the extra mile to help us stage our property, get great photos, hold open houses, and responded quickly to buyer's agent in order to expedite paperwork and secure a contract with buyer. She also worked quickly to help us secure a new home following the sale. Her advise as to selling prices and purchase offers was invaluable. We could not be more happy with our relationship with Diana in all aspects of the real estate process.

Diana was attentive and responsive throughout the entire home buying process and was great to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area!

Diana is a 10/10 realtor! She exceeded our expectations when searching for our home, guiding us with what to offer and so much more. She was so knowledgeable, responsive and so caring during this time. I could not recommend her enough! If you need a realtor, Diana is your gal! Thank you Diana for helping us find our forever home!
