Mr.Garrett was a pleasure to work with. He was always very respectful of our opinions and answered our questions promptly and knowledgeably. His professionalism and negotiating skills are attributes to his friendly demeanor. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family searching the real estate market.

Thomas is Great! He takes the time to show the details of the houses, pros and cons, but at the same time he gave us our time to think about it without pushing for answers. He also helped us sell our house quickly with a good strategy to maximize selling price. Highly recommended!

My wife and I met Thomas Garrett ( reffered by zillow) at our first house viewing. Right away we admired his work ethic. So my wife and I decided that he was the right person to list our home and help us find our new home. We were very pleased with his professional work and his knowledge of the house market. Thomas listed our previous home and he helped us find our dream home. He is an excellent agent with high level of expertise in his field. He is very quick to respond and he is on top of everything. Over all he did an outstanding job on both processes, home selling and home buying. Thanks Thomas for representing us. Celso and Lupita.

Thomas was awesome. He helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He guided us every step of the way, always kept us updated and negotiated a very nice deal for us! I highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to purchase a home. His expertise is unmatched!
