Works Real Estate

Most excellent! Listened to me creepy for the longest time and was finally able to buy our first home this year! She made the process easier and pointed out what to look for when hunting.

Serina is an amazing realtor! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. She is super friendly and helped make my dreams of buying my first home a reality!

Serina was great! I got in touch with serina through a friends dad. She was super responsive and knowledgeable. Any questions I had she either already knew it or was very quick to get me an answer. Her contact for the inspection was also a very knowledgeable person, there was a few small things wrong with the duplex and he clearly explained what needed to be fixed and the importance of the things that needed to be fixed. Its important to have someone who has the right connections and knowledge and serina exceeded my expectations.

Serina delivered a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Her warmth, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the market made every step feel easy and supported. She was consistently friendly, caring, and incredibly quick to respond, which gave us so much confidence throughout the process. She took the time to fully understand our needs aEUR" including our desire to stay within the Santiam Canyon school district aEUR" and she respected those boundaries while still finding us multiple great options in a very short timeframe. When a question came up that didnt have an immediate answer, she didnt miss a beat; she tracked it down quickly and kept us fully informed. One of the standout moments was her suggestion to write a buyer aEURoelove letter,aEUR? which truly felt like the key to helping us secure our home. And once we found aEURoethe one,aEUR? she went above and beyond by making the long drive back up the canyon a second time so our adult children could see the home before everything was finalized. That level of dedication is rare and meant so much to us. Serina is the kind of realtor who makes you feel prioritized, understood, and genuinely cared for. 10/10 aEUR" we couldnt recommend her more highly.
