Serina was great! I got in touch with serina through a friends dad. She was super responsive and knowledgeable. Any questions I had she either already knew it or was very quick to get me an answer. Her contact for the inspection was also a very knowledgeable person, there was a few small things wrong with the duplex and he clearly explained what needed to be fixed and the importance of the things that needed to be fixed. Its important to have someone who has the right connections and knowledge and serina exceeded my expectations.
