Woods Bros Realty

I had the pleasure of working with Katie to sell my house, and I couldn?t be more impressed. Her knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional, ensuring every decision made was well-informed. Katie?s expertise and professionalism made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Katie was very personable and truly cared about getting us a great family home and selling our home. She explained each step in the process thoroughly, and communicated everything in a timely manner.

Katie helped us find our first home and then helped us again with our most recent move. Shes very responsive with answering our calls, texts, and emails (literally 24/7). We looked for this house for about 6 months and she was there every step of the way! Thanks, Katie for helping us find our forever home!

We met Katie through Zillow and she was a fantastic from start to finish. We looked for a solid 16 months and she kept in touch the whole time. She was patient with us and did great at helping us with figuring the numbers so we knew what we could afford without being in over our head. She is the most responsive realtor in the Lincoln area. This meant so much to us. She had our back through our buying and selling process and we cannot say enough great things about Katie.

Katie has made this entire transaction worry free. Her knowledge of the process helped me trust her explicitly. She is a certainly professional yet very kind hearted and trustworthy. I consider myself most fortunate to have chosen her as my realtor.
