Womack Real Estate

Phillip and Rachel are absolute gems. I didn't think it would be possible to own a home as a single 28 year old in the Austin market, but they helped me realize I WAS capable! One of the best decisions I've made buying my first home, and I couldn't have done it without these guys! They are so kind and encouraging, and yet have so much grit and tenacity to get you a deal... I scored BIG on my place thanks to them! They are packed with knowledge and expertise to help educate you the whole way through. I learned so much, and thanks to them not only have a beautiful home, but knowledge and wisdom to take into the next phase of life. These guys are THE BEST!!

Phillip and Rachel Rogers with Womack Real Estate deserve an outstanding review. My husband and I built and lived in our Lake Travis home for over 30 years. The decision to move to another place was not an easy one for us. But they listened to us and helped us find a new home in Burnet, which we absolutely love. They worked very hard to get our Lake Travis home ready to go on the market and it sold quickly. As stressful as Buying and Selling is, Phillip and Rachel made it a pleasant experience and were there for us every step of the way. Any person would be lucky to have them as a representative for one of the most important times of your life.

Spending the day searching for your dream home with this guy is the best way to spend a Saturday! He and Rachel are the best team bringing their different passions and skills to the table in a process that can be grueling. Phillip helped to ensure we were finding a home that would be a great investment and provide our family with what we needed. This team is generous, timely, professional, and fun!

Second time working with Phillip Rogers and will continue as long as he is willing. Thank you to you and your team for making the sell happen. Phillip hosted an open house, took care of the staging, closed on the house 4 days after going live. If you are looking for someone treating your investment with kindness and respect, look no further.

There is no one with better knowledge about Austin and the surrounding markets than Phillip and his wife, Rachel. They got us into a house we absolutely LOVE and they did it by helping us get creative with an offer that was below asking AND started us with instant equity in our home. Whether you're buying or selling, do yourself a favor and let this dynamic duo make your next real estate transaction your best one yet!
