My husband and I had been looking for the perfect home for at least two years and during that time Julie spent almost every weekend looking at homes that met are exacting standards, but in someway came up short. Through it all, Julie kept coming up with new listings and finding out detailed information on the homes we were interested in. Then Julie called us immediately upon learning that the sale on a house fell through and asked whether we wanted to see it, when we said that we did, she immediately obtained the first appointment to view the house and we saw it before anyone else. (In fact, a community member commented recently that she and her husband had been desperately looking to buy a house and couldnt obtain an appointment to see this house). Julie dropped everything so we could see the house, which was everything we wanted, and instantly drafted the offer on the house. After we made our offer, Julie engaged in some intense negotiations with the seller and our offer was accepted. Julie then continued to navigate the process for us until we had the keys to our new house. She also sold our existing home at the first open house, right after it was listed, which is the first time potential buyers saw it. Julie was invaluable and without her we would not have our dream home.
