WNY Metro Roberts

Amy was an exceptional realtor throughout the entire selling process. She was knowledgeable, professional, and always responsive. Amy provided clear guidance on pricing, staging, and timing, which made a huge difference and helped everything go smoothly. She kept us informed every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to make sure the sale was successful. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking to sell their home.

Amy is the best! She is friendly, great with communications (including quick replies to my often ill-timed (after hrs) questions), and explained the process and timing thoroughly and accurately. She was always on top of the details and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her detailed knowledge of the area enabled us to quickly hone in on the perfect 2nd home. This purchase required some special finesse, and Amy managed it with apparent ease, ensuring both the buyer's and seller's needs were met. I strongly recommend Amy and would definitely work with her again.

I have known Amy for several years. She assisted in the sale of a unique farm property. Her patience and professionalism in handling the issues that arose was above and beyond. We communicated weekly during he listing phase and she remained committed though the closing date. A job very well done!

Amy's knowledge and expertise was apparent from day one. From instantly providing me with a very realistic to-do list, to going above in beyond with ensuring contracted work was completed on the property when I moved out of state, to always having a positive and upbeat attitude, she made my first time home selling process A LOT easier. Any questions that I had, she was always there to respond with a genuine willingness to help (and I had a lot of questions). She takes a ton of pride in what she does and it absolutely shows! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I have not personally met Amy, we worked online together to to sell my property in Hamburg, NY. Amy is a seasoned/experienced realtor and works above and beyond the expectations. She has helped me sell my house while I am in CA. She is responsible and accommodates her client's accordingly. If you are serious, convey your situation and she will pick it up from there. If you are honest to her and do not discuss nonsense, she will do any/everything to help you. Highly Recommended- Must try her out.
