Wisteria Properties Llc

Monica is a very experienced real estate agent and did an excellent job guiding me through the home buying process. Being a new home buyer I had plenty of questions, she was incredibly responsive and able to answer all of them. Along with being responsive to questions, Monica was incredibly proactive and prompt with the whole process of the purchase. Very skilled in negotiations, and went the extra mile showing me properties in times of uncertainty during due diligence! Highly recommend.

Monica was knowledgeable about our loan type, property specifications, and local area. She did an excellent job communicating with the lender, seller, etc. and made our process easy and enjoyable.

Working with Monica was such a pleasure. She was quick to respond to all my questions and even made suggestions when I was indecisive. She made the process easy. I appreciate everything she did for me.

Monica did an outstanding job in all aspects of the house buying process. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to make sure everything was good with the home I purchased, instead of just trying to push a sail through. Monica is outstanding to work with and I highly recommend her for your house buying needs.

Thanks to them, were now settling into a home thats perfect for our family, and we couldnt be happier. If youre looking for a realtor who is responsive, dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly invested in your success, look no further. We would recommend them a hundred times over!
