Wisconsin Special Properties

Melissa was amazing in handling the sale of our families Lake house. She was professional and figured out very quickly this was quite an emotional sale for us. All in all everything went fairly smoothly and when it didn't she was there to reassure us it will all work out in the end and tell my husband to relax lol.We are so happy with the decision to have her be our Realtor and would recommend her to anyone! She's great!!

Melissa started out as a "friend of a friend" but turned out to be a very valuable resource to help me sell my parent's summer retreat after they passed. She knew the area, and the market, which I did not. And she was always accessible when I had questions or a need to discuss some aspect of the sale. I recommend her without question to anyone who needs a professional realtor in the greater Green Lake vicinity.

Melissa, is amazing! She was able to answer any questions, knows the specifics of the market and sold both of my houses within a day. I live out of state and she handled all aspects of the sales. I was able to sign papers remotely.

She was very pleasant to work with. She was on the ball when a property came back up for sale. She helped us jump on it and we got the house we wanted. The VA was difficult to work with but she was on top of everything making sure we closed on time. We would recommend Melissa to anyone buying or selling a house!

Melissa was absolutely the best realtor we have used to date. On top of her game, text/calling back right away. Got what we wanted and our home goes to the perfect family to carry on the legacy of family memoriesaEUR| thank you Melissa!!! Tim and Jojo
