WINSLOW HOMES LLC

My experience with this firm involved unsolicited sales outreach, not a real estate transaction. Over approximately one week, I received multiple calls and text messages from individuals identifying themselves as Ryan Winslow or contacting me on his behalf. I repeatedly stated that I did not need representation and asked that all contact stop. After I blocked the initial number, outreach continued from other numbers, including contact from an individual identifying herself as an assistant named Alexis. I again requested that contact cease and stated that I would post a review if it continued. The following day, I received a voicemail, initially playing what I believed to be just somber Adele music before someone identified himself as Ryan from Winslow Homes and again asked for representation. That voicemail prompted me to post this review. Shortly after the review was published, I received text messages from Ryan threatening legal action for defamation unless I removed it within 5 business days. The messages also included private information about me which was not easily available on the public domain, so receiving this information in that context was concerning to me. I offered to correct any factual inaccuracies in my review. His explanation was that a third-party marketing company was responsible for all of the outreach, including the call in which the caller identified himself as Ryan from Winslow Homes. Despite my repeated requests, the sales outreach continued. Based on this experience and their response to my review, I would not choose to work with this firm.
