If you are looking for a realtor you have to pick Charlie and Candy Taranto!!! We are first time home buyers and fairly new to area and Charlie took us under his wing and found us the perfect family home for us! I met him at a open house and wasnt sure we were even ready to buy yet. But he was very knowledgeable on the process and set us up with a great lender. The lender called us immediately and got us pre-qualified and within a week we were looking for houses! He made the experience fun and exciting and really took the time to listen to our wants and needs. Another great thing is they are a team! So if Charlie is busy in a meeting or something then Candy can show you a property! That was great because its so competitive right now so if you find a house you like you need to see it asap!!! After a little bit of searching we finally found the house we wanted. Charlie was quick and efficient with negotiating and getting our offer in right away. This was such a positive experience, we are truly blessed that we met Charlie and Candy Taranto! I cant say enough good things about them. They are a 5 star team and they will get you what you want if you give them a shot!
