Windermere Van Vleet & Associates

I cannot recommend Matt enough. He represented us both as a seller and buyer. He was always kind, helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Matts negotiation skills and community connections were evident from day one, to closing. Matt was able to negotiate through many unforseen road bumps with grace and professionalism. Thank you Matt!

Matt was Amazing throughout the whole process of our home buying experience! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful and kind. He was not pushy at all and made us feel at ease. We had a prior experience with a different realtor where we almost bought a house and it did not turn out well. Matt was able to make us feel comfortable again and we are so happy with our Purchase/Investment. Matt is also very personable and professional! He had a beautiful personalised sign made for us to celebrate us as First time homebuyers. Highly recommend!! Matt is Awesome!!

The buying process can be intimidating however with Matt, it was no problem. Matt was confident, kind, and always professional, with me and all third parties. Matt organized and concurred all obstacles that came our way. I wasn't concerned because Matt was clear about my options every step of the process. Matt was able to professionally deal with third parties, fix-it- men, painters and high emotions with ease. I would recommend him to anyone concerned about going into the buying and selling of real-estate. Just a wonderful experience.

Matt rocked the entire process for us. From taking us on tours of potential areas, to specific home tours. He helped us pick the home of our dreams and was in contact for every single step along the way. He always had the answer, and was able to calm us and hype us up when necessary. I would definitely recommend him again and again!

Words cannot describe how amazing Matt is in the real estate business! He made the process of buying a home smooth, easy, and calmed my nerves as a first-time home buyer! If Zillow allowed for a ten-star review Matt would deserve it!
