She undertook a great deal of work to prepare informatin for our home prior to her initial visit with us, including: * Helping us analyze the value of our home * Providing us with valuable information on comparible homes in our area * Advising us on how to make our home ready for showing * Provided us with a comprehensive book detailing all the services and processes we would need to sell our house Following her initial visit, Stacy went away, re-evaluated our home and provided us with a comprehensive updated analysis. Her warm and friendly approach made it easy for communication. She enthusiastically worked with us, even though we were unsure about our readiness to sell. When it turned out that our daughter decided to buy the house, we did not need to put it on the market. Stacy was gracious about not getting to list the home and was very happy that we were able to make an arrangement with our daughter. We very much appreciated working with her overall, and we highly recommend her services. We did not rate Stacy on negotiation, because this skill was not needed during our involvement with her.

Noah and Zoe helped us through a very difficult sale. We inherited a mobile home in a park with unscrupulous owners who were uncooperative and self-serving in every way. Each time a sale would fall through because of the park ownerships dithering and roadblocks Noah and Zoe worked hard to find us a new buyer. They went above and beyond helping us find a contractor to fix the constantly growing repairs and manage upgrades that we were required to make prior to the sale.
