Brenda is the best. Would highly recommend working with her on your real estate project. She knowledgable, responsive and did great negotiating some extras into our deal that were a big win!

Brenda is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and truly loves her job and helping people. She made our first home-buying experience fun and really enjoyable. She is very reliable and always answered our questions quickly. Brenda is very straightforward and honest, which was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Thanks to her, there were no surprises at all. We always knew exactly what to expect, and that made the whole experience so much less stressful. We are so grateful to have worked with her!

Brenda did an outstanding job helping me start the next chapter of my life! I wanted to relocate to Idaho and then sell my home in Washington. She referred me to an associate Mary Gronley in Idaho, and I found a great home in Post Falls near the Spokane River. Once I completed that move, Brenda listed my other home and worked tirelessly to find a buyer for me. I highly recommend Brenda and any of her fellow Windermere associates to help you sell and/or buy a home in this great area!

Some realtors help you buy or sell a house. Brenda McKinley helps you sleep at night. She's the rare combination of incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely honest, and refreshingly funny. No confusing real estate jargon, no pressureaEUR"just clear explanations, solid advice, and someone who always has your best interests at heart. You can tell she knows the laws, the market, and just about everyone in the community. What impresses me most, though, is who Brenda is beyond real estate. She gives back to the community in so ways, and it's obvious that helping people isn't just her jobaEUR"it's part of who she is. If you want a realtor you'll trust, respect, and probably end up calling a friend, Brenda is the one. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
