My experience working with Chris was incredibly easy and stress-free. I honestly expected the process to be overwhelming, but Chris reassured me from the beginning that he would take care of everythingaEUR"and he did. Chris made buying our first home such a smooth process! We are so grateful for all he did, if I could give him 100 stars I would! I definitely recommend Chris if you are looking for a new home. He knows the area very well and if he doesnt know something, he well research until he has an answer for you. He went above and beyond making sure to remind us what we needed to do before and after purchasing out home.

Chris is on it. Good communicator, transparent, honest, and knowledgeable. He is responsive, respectful and goes out of his way to help out. He is very thorough and he makes sure we are following rules to minimize or prevent litigation. He educates his customers and makes sure everyone is aware.

Chris went the extra mile for us. Though he was dealing with a difficult sellers agent, Chris remained professional, patient and resolved all issues we had. Chris showed us houses for over a years span, yet was always willing to take us to a new one, until we found the right home for us. We will do business again!
