We found Christopher to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He never once made us feel we were putting him out, or taking all his time, he returned every phone call and email right away. We never felt neglected or unimportant. We will be pleased to recommend Christopher to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is hands down the best in the business in our opinion, and if we ever need to move again, he will be our first choice in real estate agents. From my first meeting with Christopher I could feel a real difference versus our first agent. I can't say enough about Christophers professionalism, true caring nature, extensive knowledge, and connections. He brings all these qualities to the table for his clients, not just in the real estate transaction, but in the transition to their new home. And I can also say Christopher has the patience of a saint, thank goodness.Throughout the home buyingA process, Christopher was extremely responsive and thoughtful in his recommendations to us. ChristopherA doesn't forget you once the deal is done either, something I never expected but cant thank him enough for. Christopher has given us recommendations of handymen,A electricians, and plumbers. He hasA always come through with excellent, timely recommendations, and has overseen all our repairs from start to finish. Christopher always makes me feel like helping me is his highest priority.A Christopher took the time to really get to know us.Some of the best advice we got along the way was what houses we really shouldn't purchase, even though they had an initial appeal. We quickly started to see properties that we really liked. Christopher knew enough about us to promise that we could do better if we looked a little longer. It would have been much easier for him to go along with some of those homes, but combining his knowledge of our situation with a keen knowledge of the market gave him, and us, confidence we hadn't yet found the home perfect for us.As we looked at different homes, he was quick to notice and point out, where the builder (or more likely a do it yourself owner) had taken some shortcuts that left the potential for problems down the road.Christopher was a huge help in getting our financing. He introduced us to our lender who right off the bat had nothing but wonderful things to say about Christopher. He was more than willing to help us figure out the best loan options for us, and we were preapproved the very next day. If your agent is great and has a stellar reputation it not only helps you feel comfortable, but also other real estate agents, and financing people are very motivated to do their very best work with you. We have now moved into our beautiful new home, and I have been reflecting on how everything worked out to bring us here. Specifically, I have been thinking about all the things that our agent, Christopher did to get us here, all his hard work and genuine concern in making sure we got the very best deal and more importantly to him, that we are happy with our decision. The final thing I wanted to mention is that Christopher doesn't want to be a stranger after your home closes. Our loan closed in February 2016(one of the beautiful homes featured in his list), and even weeks after, Christopher was still there helping organize all the contractors, handymen etc. I look around my new home and I think how this house is perfect for our family and the entertaining that we do. That is no accident. Christopher steered us to the perfect home. We couldn't have asked for more.

Fortunately, I already knew Chris, and of his honesty and integrity, so when I needed a real estate agent he was the only one I called. It was a good call!Every step of the way, Chris made sure that I knew what I was doing, and whenever I had a question, every answer was clear and very understandable. He listened to what I wanted, and very quickly provided a list of possible locations. One of those met my needs, and in less than a month I'm moving in. He has really worked for me, is always on top of things, and has kept on top of all issues which have come up.This is not my first real estate transaction, but has certainly been the best!I strongly recommend Chris. More than that, I've discussed him with my daughter in case she moves to this area (she has talked about it).One other thing that was important to me... I've got a hearing disability, and have difficulty hearing just about everybody, sometimes serious problems. Chris has been one of the rare people who has spoken so clearly that I seldom have had to ask him to repeat just about anything. Few people speak as well as Chris!
