Pam is an exceptional realtor. She went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect lot to build our home on the beach. She is the consummate professional; always timely and worked very hard to ensure we were able to secure the lot.

Pam came on board later in our project. Wish we had used her to begin with, she took a frustrating experience and was able to help us take it to completion. From the moment we made the first call to inquire on some property, Pam was our advocate. She followed up with the seller and on issues with county and other sources to resolve and answer all of our questions. I really appreciated how resourceful she was to work on some of the technical matters regarding easements, which allowed us to fully understand and get comfortable with our vision for this bare land purchase.
