We knew nothing, and had so many questions. Andrew took us to every house we wanted to see and showed us houses we didn't even realize were on the market. What I truly appreciated was that he was honest and had our best interest at heart throughout the entire process. He made sure we found a gem of house for the biggest financial decision of our lives. He was always very personable, answering every question we ever had, and guided us flawlessly throughout the entire process. I appreciated that he seemed to always be available. He was always quick to respond to phone calls and texts. I would recommended him to any one I know. Buying our first house was only the beginning chapter of our story with Andrew. We decided about 5 years after buying our house that we were ready to sell our house and move across country. We had such a good experience buying our house that we had zero hesitation to reach out to Andrew when deciding to sell our house. Again- we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help. Without hesitation- Andrew was there again. What I appreciated the most about the process of selling our house was that Andrew cared about our home like it was his own home. He helped patch holes, cleaned windows, changed light bulbs, and helped make the house as presentable as possible. He had a rolodex of contacts to help spruce up our house. He again guided us throughout the entire process. He had a staging team that transformed our house into something that I could have never imagined. We had planned to move across the country before the house went on the market. I figured that would be a challenge- but with Andrew it was again...flawless. We listed our house and within 6 hours- we had 7 showings. I credit ALL of that to Andrew's preparation and dedication to ensuring that we were in the best position to get as much as possible for our house. Within 24 hours, before the scheduled open house...Andrew has secured a FULL ASKING offer with NO contingencies. It was better than we were hoping. I couldn't have been happier with the process. If I had to do it all over again, not only would I buy a house with Andrew... I'd sell the same house with Andrew. I couldn't say it any louder if I tried...Andrew is THE BEST realtor in Snohomish County. If you're looking for a realtor- you are selling yourself short if you don't reach out to Andrew. Selling or buying- you are getting someone who cares about your best interest. You're getting someone who is reliable, attentive, detailed, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you again Andrew!!

He was the listing agent of the property that my client bought, Andrew was great to communicate with and it was wonderful getting to know him throughout the entire transaction!! Though he was the site agent on the listing side, I felt that Andrew, the listing agent, the selling agent and I all worked very well together as a team to make this transaction go as smoothly as possible for our client and ALL parties involved!! His dedication, commitment and personality to make sure things were on task on his end was wonderful to work with!! I look forward to working with Andrew in the future!! His patience, thoughtfulness, and expertise in the home buying process made the experience both enjoyable and stress free (as much as it can be!). I first started looking in February 2023 with Andrew, took a break after a few competitive offers, then restarted my search August 2024, ultimately closing on a home in November. From the beginning, Andrew answered my countless questions, supported my concerns, and spent the time to make sure I was comfortable with each home I wanted to make an offer on. He is consistently present, always available, and makes you feel like you are the only client. It was an absolute joy to work with Andrew. Most importantly, Andrew is a wonderful human and wants the best for his clients.

He did a phenomenal job selling our mom's home after she passed, during what was already an emotional and difficult time. Andrew was incredibly compassionate, patient, and never made us feel pressured when making decisions. He set clear expectations about the market and provided thoughtful comparisons of similar homes in the neighborhood so we could price the property appropriately. His recommendation to stage the home made a tremendous difference--it truly became one of the strongest selling points. Andrew communicated consistently and clearly throughout the entire process, and the home sold much faster than we anticipated. Having worked in real estate myself and sold a few homes personally, I know delays and complications are common. Remarkably, we didn't experience a single setback with Andrew. He handled every detail with professionalism and made the entire sale completely stress?free. He exceeded every expectation, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.
