We have had Michelle list and sell two homes for us. Both sales were at full price, which is a testament to both her ability to recommend a realistic selling price as well as her salesmanship. In one instance, we were not in the local area and asked her to handle the sale of a condo rental property. She went way beyond what would have been expected of her, handling the cleanup of the property, repairs and renovations to get the condo into selling condition. I have had previous experiences with realtors in similar circumstances and have not had someone take on this kind of ancillary support, and was thrilled that Michelle was eager to do everything necessary to support her client. In the sale of a primary residence, she was superb in her negotiations with a prospective buyer and her recommendations to list the property helped bring in an offer quickly and at full price.
