Jessie stepped in when another agent we were working with ended up at the emergency room. Even though she didn't have a lot of time to prepare, she had a full morning's worth of showings for us. She had printouts for each of the properties and a detailed map of the route we would be taking that day. The next time we met, she had done her homework as usual. She had all the detailed info just like the first time. We ended up making an offer that day. She was quite the pro. Got everything done efficiently, answered all of our questions, and kept us in the loop through the entire process. She sent us a timetable and provided us with important telephone numbers for utilities, etc. We have no plans to move for a long, long time but if we ever decide to, Jessie is the one we will call to handle our listing and get our house sold.

Jessie is awesome. She went above and beyond throughout our entire home buying process. I am 100% confident we would not be in our house if had we used another agent. It started with multiple offers (five to be exact). We found our dream house on a Sunday and found out they were looking at offers Monday. Jessie prepared our offer on extremely short notice. She knew all the right things to do to make our offer attractive. Sure enough, thanks to her expertise, our offer was accepted. We had numerous other road blocks that aren't typically things a real estate agent should have to deal with, but she did. She did everything to make sure our deal came together. She always kept us informed and explained everything clearly. Her knowledge was amazing and her guidance was much appreciated!I would highly recommend Jessie.
