I interviewed a few agents before choosing nik to list my home. I really liked how strait forward and honest he was about everything. He seemed to know the area very well and had actually helped past clients find homes in the area so already knew some of the homes around me. I had sold a home in the past and it was very confusing because my agents never kept me updated. Nik seemed to call me and let me know every step of the way what was going on including any future plans. I didnt have to call nik very much because he would always seem to beat me to it but when i did he would answer me if not immediatly then within the hour. We actually ended up getting 15k above asking price. If i didnt move out of state i would have definetly bought my home through nik. I would have to say that if you are looking to buy or sell real estate CALL NIK!
