I am so pleased in writing this review. Marian @ Windermere Realty has been a joy to work with over the last 2 years. I have done 3 transactions with her. I sold my home, out of state, in June of 2022 and moved here into temporary housing. Time was of the essence to find me a home. Being a contractor, now retired, I have bought and sold many homes. I have very special requirements of an agent. I interviewed 3 other agents with larger multi office locations and found that Marian, the owner of a local agency, best represented herself that she could do the job for me. She sold me with her warm personality, knowledge of the greater, G.P and Medford area, eagerness to fulfill my special requirements, AND she listened to my needs. Having set a budget and my special requirements we made our first trip out to acquaint me with the GP areas. We went thru a lot of areas and I was able to discuss with her pros and cons of what we saw. We refined my criteria. Not on my list but only a dream, due to my budget, was a River house. They were out of my financial reach. I told her to keep me update daily if necessary on the market and new listings.. She would send me almost daily updates of new listing and price changes and was in touch with me by phone, texts and emails. I was in a rush for a home and she rose to the task. The end result was that she did find me a house on the river that just came on the market. She warned me the house was a little rough but knew I was a contractor. We visited that day. The most beautiful property with rolling grass to the Rogue River. The house was another story and in need of a lot of work, but strangely would be within my budget with the acceptance of a reduced offer. We immediately wrote a demanding offer. She expressed her opinions, as I would expect, on the content and conditions of my offer but wasnt afraid to follow my offer demands, time lines and requirements for the offer. Back and forth we went. But very quickly we got the house at a much reduced price than listed. Everything went perfectly!! Me wanting a quick close, she was on top of my testings, searches and releases so that we closed at the earliest time possible to give me a very timely occupancy. She later, in 2023, helped me purchase a 1031 exchange large home in Medford with the same intensity and drive. We also bought that home at a reduced price. She will work hard for you to get the best deal possible. I later had her flip that house and sell for me in lieu of the 1031 exchange. As noted, I cannot say enough about Marian and her knowledge of Real Estate and her willingness to work for you. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs. She is Your advocate when you buy a home thru her and Windermere.
