When we requested recommendations for a local business to wash our windows in preparation for the sale he provided local options that we found to be very responsive and helpful. We were very happy with the photographer he worked with for our listing. Geordie made himself readily available for discussion or questions. He worked very well with the agent of the buyer when negotiations were necessary, made sure the details of our legal documentation were in order and that we felt well represented during the sale.
