Everyone wants an experienced realtor but I decided that was not enough for me. I not only chose a realtor with experience, but who is also able to PROVE their experience and knowledge by their works! How would you know that beforehand? Well, She was honest and forthright- no games. She is absolutely wonderful to work with; she treated me like a friend and not a transaction, this is important because you don?t want a realtor who just agrees with you on everything or tells you what you want to hear, that will not sell your house or get you your dream house. Not to mention if your realtor uses their cell phone to take your house pictures, don?t hesitate to call Christie, she can do better than that, she goes the extra mile to make the first impressions of your home show it?s full potential to home buyers. Christie was FABULOUS!!!! My husband and I started looking for a house over a year ago and with our picky criteria of must haves, she stuck it out with us only to inspire us that our day will come of finding our perfect dream home. She was right and once we did she worked her butt off making sure that everything got done in a timely manor and she even went to bat on getting us our dream washer and dryer to stay with the house. Christie is a very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy person. She was able to relate and understand our needs and worked only find the best homes that she thought were suitable for us. Over the year I feel that we have grown a true friendship with Christie and would defiantly recommend her as a realtor. I know when time comes and we decide to move on to our next dream house, I will be calling her.
