My wife and I have used John Kritsonis to sell three homes and purchase two so we are very happy to recommend John and his team for any real estate needs. There really are differences in agents on many levels, and we have found the Kritsonis Lindor Group to be the top professionals in the real estate business. Communication between the agent and client is vital, and they excel in this critical skill, all communication needs are relayed ASAP. Their marketing materials far excel others with stunning photographs and an engaging description of the property. Very importantly, when problems occur as they often do during any real estate transactions, they not only have solutions but an extensive list of resources for help to tap into (including the use of a moving van for clients!). Their list of experts includes house repairs, remodeling, construction, moving, house cleaning, landscaping - whatever the client needs. Another important quality of the Kritsonis Lindor Group is their giving back to the community they serve. They are committed to partnering with local organizations such as the food bank and family/youth organizations through their own donations as well as promoting fundraising efforts. We would give John and his team 5 stars as very satisfied clients.
