With the security and leverage of our offer, Kara did everything she could to negotiate with the seller for credits from several repairs that needed completing. The seller matched her intuition and refused to budge on any credits, greatly suggesting that we may not have had a successful offer if we bid too low. During escrow, Karas persistence allowed us to get the seller to repair everything we asked for despite the sellers difficult nature. Closing happened on time and as expected and Kara was a welcome guest during our celebrations. I could not recommend a more professional and outstanding person to assist in the real estate process.
