Windermere RE Ocean Shores

Addie was an amazing realtor to work with. Thoughtful, dedicated, and persistent, she was there with us every step of the way and helped us land the right buyer for our home and kept us informed throughout the closing process. If you are looking to buy or sell and want to work with someone knowledgeable of the area with a direct pulse on the market, look no further than Addie, and with the backing of Windermere, you know youll be in good hands!

Addie made buying our home a genuine pleasure, and I'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation. I was referred to Addie by my lender, who spoke highly of her reputation in the industry, and it didn't take long to see why. From our first conversation, it was clear she knows Ocean Shores inside and out. From the various neighborhoods to local market nuances, she is connected. She guided us through every step of the buying process with calm, clear expertise, so I always knew what was coming next and never felt rushed or uncertain. What impressed me most though is how carefully Addie listens. She took my priorities, my partners priorities and turned it into a thoughtful, well-curated list of homes to tour. Then, as we saw a few places and I refined what mattered most, she adapted. The bay view home we ended up buying wasn't on her original list. She recognized it was the right fit based on what she'd learned about us along the way. That's the kind of insight thats invaluable and we cant thank her enough!
