Brian is your agent! Whether buying or selling a home (which he did both for me), he knows how to navigate today's tricky market. While trying to buy a home under duress, he reminded me of the things which were most important that we had reviewed prior to the search. It allowed me to step back and realize that while the house was great - it did not fulfill my long term goals. Though frustrated that we did not secure a home yet, Brian reinsured us that we would find the correct home and worked with us everyday to make it happen. And believe me, this was not easy as we lived on an island and could not keep to a schedule with how the ferries were running (or I should say not!).
