Windermere RE / North Cascades

Mary is an amazing communicator and highly motivated agent always going above and beyond! She held many open houses for us and boosted advertising to get the word out. Soon as we were under contract we had a timeline of events before closing. Couldnt be happier with the service she provided!

Where to begin? Mary worked with us for 2 years to find the perfect home. I never once felt pressured to purchase. If anything, she would point out potential red flags. Her local knowledge, expertise, timeliness and attention to detail greatly helped my anxiety throughout the whole process. Shes down to earth, funny and professional which makes her incredibly easy to work with. She is the only realtor I will ever work with, period.

Mary was most excellent in guiding us through the process of buying investment property and negotiated a fair price. She's very patient and was always available.

Mary was so wonderful to work with. She had the most thorough answers of any agent we worked with, providing clear and super helpful information in a timely manner. We were first time buyers and she really took the time to explain things to us and answer any and all questions. She knows her market well and is also very quick to point out potential issues with a home or area. While we ended up moving to a different region of the state, I would absolutely seek her out if considering the area again and would not want to work with anyone else!

Mary was very easy to work with and had the entire process dialed in. She was very knowledgeable with the local area and real estate players. She kept us up to date by email, text, and phone and answered any questions that we had. I would use her again on our next real estate transaction.
