We worked with Chelsea to buy our first home and it could not have been more of a breeze! As first time home buyers we weren't even sure where to start, we were a little overwhelmed before we started working with Chelsea but she was so knowledgable about homes in the area and the whole process, she quickly put us at ease. She sent us some of the best listings based on what we wanted, and since we had rented for 8 years, we were picky! She put us in touch with all the right people to get us pre-approved and the process was so seamless and easy. She answered all of our questions and helped us look at house after house until we found the perfect one, all while 9 months pregnant. She was working days, nights, weekends, and when we found the house we wanted to put an offer in on, she not only met up with us to answer questions and go over everything, she got our offer accepted the same day we made it! THREE DAYS after having her baby!! If that's not dedication to her clients, I don't know what is. She was so present during this whole process and definitely made it all easier with her there to answer every little thing. She was always just a text or phone call away. When we went to get the keys she had this adorable house warming gift waiting for us including a home depot gift card, how perfect! Loved her personality, professionalism, knowledge, dedication and attitude about the whole process and could not have done it without her!! If you need to buy or sell, she's your girl! You won't be disappointed.
