Windermere Lake Chelan

Rhett & Megan were a pleasure to work with. The process was smooth when my home (which is on a hill) came back on the inspection report as in a flood plain, Rhett, knowing that this was erroneous and due to an incorrect 1970's map, sprung into action and within 24 hours had the situation cleared up.From listing through inspection and right up to handing the keys over I knew I would be taken care of.Highly recommend

Rhett is the best realtor if you are interested in the Lake Chelan market. I have used his services on 4 transactions (a purchase & sale of 2 lake front property in Chelan) and have been impressed with his hard work, dedication and expertise. He knows the Chelan market and was very familiar with recent and historical sale history of the properties in the area. Both properties I listed with him for sale received a full price bid within a week of listing and sold at those bids. Would use him again anytime and would refer him to my friends & family.

My spouse and I worked closely with Rhett and is associate Megan Benson in the selling of our property in Chelan. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Rhett has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in this area and speaks fluidly about properties listed and sold, and how these compared with our property. He took a number of extra steps to help prepare the property for sale. Once the property was listed, Rhett utilized his extensive list of contacts to help identify several motivated buyers. Our property quickly sold after receiving multiple offers. Throughout the selling process, Rhett also maintained excellent communication and kept us apprised of all changes along the way (and he thoroughly responded to all of our questions in a timely manner). In all, we appreciate the opportunity to get to work with Rhett and Megan in the selling of our property and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a real estate professional in the area. They are excellent!

From start to close, Rhett and Megan have both been a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive and positive for all your real estate needs. I would highly recommend them and will refer my friends and family to them.

We had called a couple of real estate agents in the Chelan area to talk with them about selling our condo. We decided to go with Rhett based on our conversation and his ratings. It was our first time selling a property and both Rhett and Megan were great at being available to answer questions and address concerns along the way. They are without a doubt extremely knowledgeable but we also really liked them as people too. We could not be happier with the price we received and all of the advise Rhett gave us along the way was spot on. We were very happy that we had Rhett as our agent and will definitely call him if we purchase another home in Chelan.
