He priced the Sammamish house right instead of just telling me a big number to win the listing, and it moved without us chasing it down with price cuts. On the buy side, he actually knew the neighborhoods and told me straight when a house wasn't worth what they were asking. Communication was consistent, not the usual disappear-for-four-days thing.
