Windermere Happy Valley

Ginnie guided me through every step of my home sale with confidence and professionalism. She was always one step ahead; coordinating contractors, following up with everyone involved, keeping everything moving, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She communicates clearly, gives honest advice, and knows when and how to push to get things done. What I appreciated most was how straightforward, calm, and reliable she was throughout the entire process. I always felt like my sale was in capable hands. I'm grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Virginia was awesome! She has a very mellow vibe that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Her communication skills are on point; she answered all of our questions and pointed us toward solutions for almost every problem. It didnt matter if it was either through text, phone call or email she responded quickly. She was also highly knowledgeable about the area and helped us close on a home very quick. We are very happy we ran into Virginia. We will gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

From the first meeting with Virginia, she was outdoing and professional. She was always accessible for questions, responding quickly. Her marketing of our property was above and beyond - excellent photographer, videographer and drone operator providing fabulous images. Virginias selection of photos was perfect. The aEURoecoming soonaEUR? marketing reached interested buyers and we even listed a day early because of the interest that marketing generated. We had an accepted offer above asking in 4 days. Through escrow, Virginia stayed in close contact. She came to signing and came by after closing to visit and wish us well. I would absolutely use Virginia again and would recommend her highly!

Ginnie is amazing. Before we met her, we had our home on the market for 6 months with no offers. Ginnie did a walkthrough of our home and gave us honest, specific, and strategic feedback on what we needed to work on in order to get offers in hand. We actioned her recommendations, got the house on the market, and had an offer in hand within a few days of relisting. She's AMAZING, easy to work with, highly responsive, and knows what she's doing. Highly recommend and would happily work with her again.

I would give TEN stars in the above categories if they let me and that would be more like the great experience I had working with Virginia! She is the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with, great knowledge of the market area and very knowledgeable in helping get the property in the best shape for the best price.
