Cynthia is the most wonderful and most awesome human being that you will ever come across in this lifetime. There are no words to describe how she is able to make you feel. She makes you feel like the most important client she services during the process of listing and selling your property. If you want the best possible outcome; why TRUST any other realtor; when Cynthia IS a full fledged experienced BROKER who really cares about you and getting the best possible outcome for you? **One star. Document everything before renting from this company.** We discovered a severe German cockroach infestation immediately after receiving the keys to our Henderson rental, before moving in our belongings. More than a month later, we still see roaches daily and cannot normally or sanitarily use the kitchen. Our August 4 photo shows roaches around the stove controls, and our August 20 photo shows continued activity after treatment began. We have since spoken with people familiar with the property who told us management knew about the problem approximately a month before renting it to us. We cannot independently verify exactly what management knew, but we were never informed of an existing infestation. Had we known, we would not have rented the home in that condition. We have six children and have been living with air mattresses, clothes and a patio set while keeping most of our belongings packed to avoid infestation. We purchased sealed food/dish containers and alternative cooking equipment because the kitchen cannot be used normally. Management has arranged pest control, and the company has now escalated treatment. We appreciate the technicians' efforts. However, pest control advised against professional cleaning until treatment is sufficiently advanced because cleaning would interfere with the chemicals. The kitchen remains unusable, and recommended sealing work is also unfinished because deteriorating cabinet paint and wood must first be repaired. Our biggest complaint is management's communication. We repeatedly asked about temporary housing, a transfer, or compensation for the loss of kitchen use. Those questions went unanswered until we raised legal options and the possibility of withholding rent. Management then responded immediately with warnings about late fees and eviction, while saying compensation was being discussed with the owner. We still have no proposed resolution. We like the house and area, but this experience has seriously damaged our confidence in the company. **A serious habitability problem requires more than scheduling vendors. It requires communication, follow-through, and a workable response to the impact on the tenants.** As of this review, the infestation is still active, the kitchen is still not normally usable, and compensation for the continuing loss of use remains unresolved. I would not recommend this management company based on our experience. Get everything documented in writing.

Cynthia took a very stressful property buying experience and made it feel smooth and easy. If you want someone that has your back in a real estate transaction, whether you're buying or selling, this is who you want negotiating on your behalf. As a buyer I can tell you Cynthia knows the ins and outs of the business and where and when to negotiate with the seller to get the best price and credits added to the deal. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend her!
