Joe Collins responded to an email request over a weekend that I sent regarding a condo unit in Lake Chelan. We talk and he asked questions to understand what I was looking for and what my current situation was in order to help me find the best fit. Joe lined up showings as I requested and we drove around Lake Chelan as he educated me about the beautiful area and its community. We spent days emailing and talking on the phone about various listing. Joe was very patient and eager to serve. Actually his whole Windermere office assisted in the process of me eventually finding the perfect home for my family (it was a home, not the original condo idea). Joe made himself available and adjusted his schedule to meet my needs. Joe services provided me one place I could get all the information needed to purchase a new home. All of his recommendations for other services that are part of a home purchase were outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the professional service and local knowledge Joe provided.
