We were so fortunate to have found Tarak Moghrabi when we started our search for a new home. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Tarek made the experience so easy and enjoyable, especially for first-time home-buyers like us. Tarek has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated.During our search, we never felt that he was just trying to sell us a house and get the task done. He himself thoroughly evaluated the house during the tour and advised us on the quality of the house, any issues he could foresee and how it will pan out as an investment. He is also a good negotiator and has knowledge regarding the cost for upgrades/repairs if any will be required for the house after purchase.We finally settled on a new construction but during the closing, we had to leave the country due to unforeseen circumstances. Tarek managed everything for us including advising on power of attorney, home inspection & following up with the builder to ensure all the defects are fixed in time. He also scheduled a Whatsapp call with us for a walk through of home before closing. He made this process stress-free for us.His professionalism, expertise and excellent interpersonal skills work synergistically to make him a wonderful representative for anyone attempting to purchase or sell a home We now consider Tarek a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home.A big thanks to Tarek and his team for being such a pleasure to work with and help us find our dream home!
