Working with Latifa was an absolute game-changer for us. Our home had been sitting on the market for over half a year with no luck, and we were feeling completely discouraged in a market that definitely favors buyers. On a trusted friends recommendation, we reached out to Latifa, and the turnaround was incredible, she had our home under contract and pending in less than a month with two competitive offers, ultimately closing right at our asking price! From day one, Latifas expertise was evident. She gave us the absolute best advice on how to prep and stage the home to make it genuinely appealing to buyers. Throughout the process, she was consistently available, incredibly responsive, and a fierce yet fair negotiator. When we found ourselves navigating the less common territory of a backup offer, her steady guidance gave us total peace of mind. Her deep knowledge of the local market and strategic approach made all the difference. We loved working with her and would wholeheartedly recommend Latifa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won't find a more dedicated or knowledgeable agent!

We had a great experience working with Wissam to buy our home! From our very first meeting, his communication and responsiveness were amazingaEUR"he always answered our texts and calls quickly and kept us updated at every step. As buyers, we really appreciated how patient he was as we looked at different properties. Wissam made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. His dedication and attention to detail during the closing process were crucial in securing our new home. We couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property!

In short - Tarek is simply the best at what he does - and it was a privilege having him represent me in a recent home purchase. I've worked with a number of realtors over the years, but Tarek's professionalism, integrity, expertise, and hustle (understatement) are second to none - at every step of the process, he greatly exceeded all of my expectations. Most importantly - I genuinely trusted that Tarek always had my best interests at heart. Specifically, Tarek negotiated a heck of a deal on my home - and post close, he remained very involved in helping me manage some renovation work before I moved in. He's not your normal realtor & I cannot emphasize just how many different hats Tarek wears - from meeting me at the tile store at 10a on a Saturday, to providing advice on installing a new subfloor. Tarek is truly passionate about what he does and the service he delivers to his clients. Buying a house is usually a stressful experience - so I'll end this review with perhaps the highest compliment I can give - Tarek made it enjoyable. I could not recommend him more highly. Thank you Tarek.

Tarek had solid expertise of the local market and assisted us exceptionally for the purchase of our home. He had a good network of contractors to get work done. His responsiveness was beyond our expectations! He was a great realtor to work with!

Tarek has helped us both on the buying and selling side, providing expansive knowledge of the industry, the city, and so much more! He takes the time to truly understand what's important to the client and delivers an experience that put us at ease knowing we were in capable hands. His recommendations on what to do for selling, as well as his assistance in finding the perfect next home on the buying side makes him a perfect choice for all real estate needs.
