Merna helped us buying our home in Bothell and she is simply UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING. She is very professional and helpful. She answers our concerns even before we think about them. She has amazing communication skills, always there to answer our questions or calls. She has has great experience with interior design that helped us a lot finding a house that covers our needs. When we started looking for a house we felt burdened with the amount of details and risks, but she made all of that evaporate with the amount of knowledge, analysis, and assurance she provides. She was already sending us 5-10 options daily, most of them were nearly-perfect fit to our needs, until we found the one. One thing that I like about her is she knows how to approach every person individually. She usually talks to me in numbers and facts, and talks to my wife in ideas and vision. I just wish the process of buying a house would have been more often so we can have the delight dealing with her over and over.

From the first time I met Merna, I knew I wanted her as my Realtor. When viewing houses, Merna was always well informed on the house, the neighborhood, price...everything from A-Z. Merna is all about protecting her clients. For example, the builder of the home I am buying put a lot of pressure on me to sign the paperwork before having it reviewed by Merna; even suggesting to make the home available to other clients had I not signed that day. Merna quickly stepped in and got the builder to recognize their mistakes, giving me and her time to review the contracts. Merna had studied the contracts provided by the builders and understood them end-to-end. She patiently walked me through the contracts with a goal to make sure I understood everything.
